A case that I was told was not winnable by other attorneys was indeed winnable when I did not listen to those attorneys and took my case and finally found DAS Law; representation that truly looks out for and cares for their clients. Derik was my attorney for that case and for as long as Derik is alive and I need legal representation, nobody else will be helping me or being my legal counsel. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate event of an accident or need legal representation for any other reasoning, DO NOT waste your time calling or meeting with other attorneys. So first I want to start off with thanking the guys at DAS Law Group for all great work they do and for making one feel like they truly are being represented. This is the second time I have the pleasure of working with DAS law group, and let me tell ya, they exceed all expectations every time! The first time my bf and I had got into a collision, and we thought we had a slam dunk case since we were the obvious victims and had a police report to back us. We didn't feel like we needed an attorney, but boy, were we wrong! Before we knew it, the ones responsible for the whole accident had hired an attorney and were trying to weasel us out of our settlement check. That's when we contacted Chris late into the case, and he was our knight in shining armor. He managed to get us what we deserved despite being late into the case. Fast-forward a year later, I unfortunately got hit in a shopping plaza. Taking the lessons I learned from the last accident, I wasted no time in contacting law group. That's when Chris connected me with his extraordinary associate, Derik, and I couldn't be more thankful for it!! I'm really glad I turned to Derik when I did. I did not realize until too late that I had a leak under my sink which ended up causing way more damage than I thought. I didn't know what to do... whether I should get insurance involved, or try to handle things on my own. Once I got in touch with Derik, he calmed me down and took over the whole process. With no effort on my part, he was able to get my insurance company to pay for all necessary repairs. A true life saver.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my father who was rear ended by a Jeep at speeds of nearly 30 miles per hour while he was waiting at the light at an exit on the 110 freeway. He didn’t see it coming and it really shocked him and caused him really bad pain throughout his neck and back. He also missed some time from work. He runs a business, so his absence was detrimental to the company. The insurance was refusing to pay for any of those damages and was claiming that it was “too speculative,” but Derik was able to prove otherwise. He had told us he has great experience defending these insurance companies in the past and that he knew how to get around their arguments. He came off as a knowledgeable lawyer, and was really adamant about getting money for the harm they caused. He got him the treatment he needed to get back up on his feet and back to work. He got him a great settlement, which not only included his injuries injuries but also the loss of business income that they were initially disputing! He brought in a great expert to help support our claim. Thank you!!
